Founded in 1999 in the city of Mauá - SP, where it started its activities with the aim of serving the light boiler market.

2001
In 2001, it moved to its own headquarters to meet greater demands in order to meet the medium boiler and machining market.
In 2014, with the growth of the market and the emergence of new technologies, there was a need to move from the city of Mauá to Sorocaba to meet the demand for boilermaking and heavy machining.

Construction of the new plant in Capela do Alto, a modern factory suitable for greater production of heavy equipment.
